Limits

Deposit Limits (Consumer). We have no obligation to accept for deposit any check you transmit using the Service:

1. if more than one check is included in the transmission;
2. if you have already transmitted five checks using the Service on that Banking Day;
3. that is in an amount greater than $500;
4. if the amount of the check, when added to the amount of checks you already transmitted for deposit as of that Business Day, would exceed $500 or
5. if deposit of that check would cause the sum of the amounts of the checks you transmitted for deposit using the Service within the previous thirty (30) days period to exceed $10,000.

We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time.

Deposit Limits (Business). We have no obligation to accept for deposit any check you transmit using the Service:

1. if more than one check is included in the transmission;
2. if you have already transmitted five checks using the Service on that Banking Day;
3. that is in an amount greater than $5,000;
4. if the amount of the check, when added to the amount of checks you already transmitted for deposit as of that Business Day, would exceed $10,000 or
5. if deposit of that check would cause the sum of the amounts of the checks you transmitted for deposit using the Service within the previous thirty (30) days period to exceed $25,000.

We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time.
